Synonyms12-Deoxycholyltaurine; Taurochenodeoxycholic aci
ProtocolIn VitroTaurochenodeoxycholic acid (12-Deoxycholyltaurine) dramatically improves the apoptosis rate of NR8383 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. In the meantime, Taurochenodeoxycholic acid significantly augments PKC mRNA levels, activities and increases JNK, caspase-3 and caspase-8 mRNA expression levels, activities.
In VivoTaurochenodeoxycholic acid (12-Deoxycholyltaurine; 0.05, 0.1g/kg) decreases the pulmonary coefficient in the model mice and reduces the pathological damages on their lungs; it can decrease the expression levels of TNF-α and TIMP-2 in pulmonary tissues in the pulmonary fibrosis mice and has no significant effects on MMP2.
These protocols are for reference only. InvivoChem does not independently validate these methods.

Method for preparing DMSO master liquid: mg drug pre-dissolved in µL DMSO(Master liquid concentration mg/mL) ,Please contact us first if the concentration exceeds the DMSO solubility of the batch of drug.
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take µL DMSO master liquid, next add µL PEG300, mix and clarify, next add µL Tween 80,mix and clarify, next add µL ddH2O,mix and clarify.
Note:
  • (1) Please be sure that the solution is clear before the addition of next solvent. Dissolution methods like vortex, ultrasound or warming and heat may be used to aid dissolving.
  • (2) Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order.
