Description: (R,R)-Palonosetron Hydrochloride is the active R,R-enantiomer of Palonosetron HCl (RS25259, RS-25259 197; trade name: Aloxi and Akynzeo) which is a 5-HT3 antagonist approved in 2018 in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
