Description: Nefopam HCl (Fenazoxine; Leoplexamin; Lenipan; Oxadol; Pallopikeron; Acupan), the hydrochloride salt of nefopam, is a centrally-acting (non-opioid analgesic) painkiller that has been used to treat moderate pain such as muscle pain, joint pain, dental pain, or pain from cancer.
