Description: Miglitol (formerly known as BAY1099; BAY-m1099; Seibule; Diastabol; Glyset) is a novel, potent, orally bioavailable anti-diabetic drug that acts by inhibiting the ability of patients to breakdown complex carbohydrates into glucose.
