Description: Indomethacin (Indometacin; Indocin) is a potent and non-selective COX1 and COX2 inhibitor of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) class with an IC50 of 0.1 μg/mL and 5 μg/mL, respectively.
