Description: Eribulin mesylate (E7389 mesylate) is the mesylate salt of Eribulin (E-7389; Halaven; B1939; ER-086526; Eisai), which a synthetic analogue of the marine-originated natural product halichondrin B, is an antitubulin/microtubule targeting agent (MTA)/mitotic/tubulin inhibitor approved for use in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer.
