Description: Deguelin [(-)-Deguelin, (-)-cis-Deguelin], a naturally occurring rotenoid isolated from plants in the Mundulea sericea family, is an Akt inhibitor with anti-tumor effect on several cancers; it acts by decreasing levels of phosphorylated Akt.
