Description: Dacarbazine (formerly also known as DTIC, DTIC-Dome; WR-139007; Asercit; Dacatic; Deticene) is an antitumor chemotherapeutic drug approved by FDA in the 1970s for the treatment of various cancers, including advanced melanoma (major use), Hodgkin lymphoma, sarcoma, and islet cell carcinoma of the pancreas.
