Description: Cladribine (also known as 2-CdA, 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine; Leustatin; Leustat; Leustatine), a purine nucleoside antimetabolite analogue and an approved medication used for treating hairy cell leukemia and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, is an adenosine deaminase inhibitor for U266, RPMI8226, and MM1.S cells with IC50s of approximately 2.43 μM, 0.75 μM, and 0.18 μM, respectively.
