Description: Cinacalcet metabolite M4 is a metabolite of Cinacalcet (AMG-073; KRN-1493; Regpara; Sensipar; Mimpara), which is allosteric agonist of Ca receptor (CaR) approved as a medication for the treatment of hyperparathyroidism, parathyroid carcinoma, and primary hyperparathyroidism.
