Description: APX001A (Manogepix, E1210) is a first-in-class, broad-spectrum and orally bioactive inhibitor of the fungal protein Gwt1 (GPI-anchored wall transfer protein 1) in the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) biosynthesis pathway.
