Description: Triclabendazole (also known as CGA-89317; CGA89317; EGA-230B; Fasinex; NVP-EGA-230; Egaten) is a benzimidazole-based anthelmintic and fasciolicidal agent that acts as a tubulin inhibitor by binding to tubulin and impairing the intracellular transport mechanisms, thus interfering with protein synthesis.
