Description: Talmapimod, formerly known as SCIO-469, is a novel, orally bioavailable, and selective p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) inhibitor (IC50 = 9 nM) with potential immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory, and antineoplastic activities.
