Description: Islatravir (formerly known as MK-8591; 4′-ethynyl-2-fluoro-2′-deoxyadenosine; EFdA; ISL) is a novel and potent anti-HIV-1 agent which acts as an NRTTI (nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor) with anti-HIV activities.
