Protocol | In Vitro | F1063-0967 is a Dual-specificity phosphatase 26 (DUSP26) inhibitor with an IC50 of 11.62 μM. At concentration above 0.1 μM, F1063-0967 remarkably induces IMR32 cell apoptosis. F1063-0967 induces apoptosis in IMR-32 cell line with an IC50 value of 4.13 μM. F1063-0967 has no effect on HL7702 cell line, and little inhibition effect on SH-SY5Y cell line. |
