Description: Levodopa (L-DOPA, Dopar, Sinemet, Pharmacopa, Atamet, Stalevo, Madopar, Prolopa) is the L-isomer of DOPA and the precursor to the neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine (adrenaline) with anti-Parkinson's disease activity.
