Description: Ibuprofen (Dolgesic; Advil, Motrin, Nurofen, Brufen among others), a potent anti-inflammatory drug of the NSAID class, is an inhibitor of COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes with IC50s of 13 μM and 370 μM, respectively.
