Description: (1S,2S,3R)-DT-061 is an isomer/enantiomer of DT-061 (DT061), which is a novel and orally bioavailable activator of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) and may be used in the therapy of KRAS-mutant and MYC-driven tumorigenesis.
