Description: ZZW-115 (ZZW115) is a novel and potent NUPR1 inhibitor (Kd=2.1 uM) with antitumor activity. It is the TFP-derived compound in the family that is the most active. The protein NUPR1 has a completely disordered conformation and is an intrinsically disordered protein (IDP).
