In VivoURB937 (1 mg/kg, s.c.) suppresses pain responses elicited by i.p. injections of acetic acid. URB937 (1 mg/kg, i.p.) administrated in mice increases anandamide levels in peripheral tissues, but not forebrain or hypothalamus.
