Description: Triptorelin pamoate (AY25650; Wy42462; CL118532; AY-25650; Wy-42462; decapeptyl; trelstar), the pamoate salt of triptorelin, is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH agonist) used to treat advanced prostate cancer in men. It is also used as therapy in cases of gender dysphoria.
