Description: Terizidone (Terivalidin), a derivate of cycloserine (CS), is a bacteriostatic second-line drug for multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) in conjunction with other second-line drugs. It is used internationally, but is not currently approved in the United States. It is a combination of two molecules of CS.
