Protocol | In Vitro | SRPIN340 is a serine arginine-rich protein kinase (SRPK) inhibitor against the K of SRPK1i is 0.89 μM. SRPIN340 also inhibits SRPK2, but has no significant inhibitory effect on other SRPKs such as Clk1 and Clk4. SRPIN340 promotes the degradation of SRp75, which is required for HIV expression. SRPIN340 inhibits the Sindbis virus (IC50, 60 μM) and transmission of SARS virus. |
