Description: SNDX-5613 (SNDX5613) is a novel, highly potent and selective inhibitor of Menin-MLL interaction with the potential to be used for MLL-rearranged (MLL-r) acute leukemias, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

References: A drug, SNDX-5613, to treat acute leukemia with a KMT2A translocation or an NPM1 mutation that has come back (relapsed) or has not gotten better with treatment (refractory).
