Description: Selegiline (Deprenyl) HCl is a potent, selective and irreversible MAO-B inhibitor (antagonist) with IC50 of 51 nM. Selegiline HCl is 450 times more selective for MAO-B than MAO-A (IC50=23 μM). Selegiline HCl may be utilized in the research into Parkinson's disease (PD), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and major depressive disorder.
