Description: SD-2590 HCl is a potent MMP inhibitor (antagonist) with IC50s of <0.1, <0.1, 0.18 and 1.7 nM for MMP2, MMP13, MMP9 and MMP8 respectively. SD-2590 HCl inhibits left ventricular dilation in rats.
