Description: SBFI-26 (SBFI 26; SBFI26) is a novel, potent, specific and competitive inhibitor of fatty acid binding proteins FABP5 and FABP7 with anti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory activities. It inhibits FABP5/7 with Kis of 0.9 µM and 0.4 µM, respectively.
