Description: (S)-LY-3381916 ((S)-IDO1-IN-5; Example 1B) is an active S-isomer of LY-3381916 and binds IDOL with IC50 of less than 1.5 µM. LY-3381916 is a potent, selective, BBB (blood-brain barrier) permeable/penetrable IDO1 inhibitor that binds to heme-deficient apo-IDO1 but cannot bind to mature heme-containing IDO1.
