Description: ELOVL6-IN-1 is a potent, orally bioactive and selective ELOVL6 inhibitor. The inhibitory effect of ELOVL6-IN-1 on mouse ELOVL6 is dose-dependent, with IC50 of 0.350 μM. ELOVL6-IN-1 noncompetitively inhibits ELOVL6 towards malonyl-CoA (Ki=994 nM) and palmitoyl-CoA.
