Description: Ozagrel HCl (OKY-046 HCl; KCT 0809; Cataclot; Xanbo; OKY046 HCl), the hydrochloride salt of the antiplatelet drug Ozagrel, is a selective inhibitor of thromboxane A(2) (TXA(2)) synthetase (IC50 = 11 nM) with potential use for for the improving postoperative cerebrovascular contraction and accompanying cerebral ischaemia.
