Description: Otilonium bromide (SP-63; Octylonium bromide; SP63; trade name Spasmomen among others) is a potent anti-muscarinic agent and a CCB (calcium channel blocker) used to relieve spasmodic pain of the gut, in particular in irritable bowel syndrome.
