Description: OAC-1 (also known as BAS 00287861) is an Oct-4 (Octamer-binding transcription factor-4) activator which enhances and accelerates iPSC reprogramming in the presence of 4F (Oct-4, Sox-2, c-Myc and GKLF) by ~20-fold (relative to 4F by itself).
