Description: NQN-1 (PPM-18), a chemically synthesized naphthoquinone derivative and an anti-inflammatory agent, is a novel, potent and cell-permeable and anti-inflammatory agent shown to express inhibitory effects of iNOS through the blocking of NF kappa B activation in vitro.
