Description: ZINC05007751 is a potent inhibitor of the NIMA-related kinase NEK6 with IC50 of 3.4 μM. ZINC05007751 showed antiproliferation activity against a panel of human cancer/tumor cell lines and showed synergistic effects with cisplatin and paclitaxel in BRCA2-mutated ovarian cancer/tumor cell lines. ZINC05007751 has strong selectivity for NEK1 and NEK6, but has no obvious activity against NEK2, NEK7 and NEK9.
