Description: Mutanocyclin is a potent antifungal agent. Mutanocyclin inhibits C. albicans filament formation. Mutanocyclin reduces the mRNA expression of HWP1, ECE1, FLO8, and TEC1. Mutanocyclin inhibits yeast forms in mice ex vivo.
