Description: MMP2-IN-3 (Compound 2) is a potent MMP-2 (matrix metalloproteinase) inhibitor (antagonist) with IC50 of 31 μM. MMP2-IN-3 also showed inhibitory activity against MMP-9 and MMP-8, with IC50s of 26.6 and 32 μM, respectively.
