Description: Mirodenafil (SK3530) diHCl is an orally bioavailable, reversible, selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). Mirodenafil diHCl is a modulator of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). Mirodenafil diHCl activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by downregulating the expression of Dkk1. Mirodenafil diHCl is used to study erectile dysfunction (ED), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and systemic sclerosis (SSc).
