Description: MFZ 10-7 is a selective mGluR5 negative allosteric modulator (NAM) with Ki of 0.67 nM for rat mGluR5. MFZ 10-7 is a reagent for click chemistry. It has Alkyne groups and could undergo CuAAc (copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction) with compounds bearing Azide groups.
