Description: Lomitapide mesylate (AEGR733 mesylate; BMS201038; Juxtapid; Lojuxta), the mesylate salt of Lomitapide, is a microsomal triglyceride-transfer protein (MTP) inhibitor that has been approved by FDA as a lipid-lowering agent to treat homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia.
