Description: Lixisenatide acetate (AVE-0010; ZP-10A; Adlyxin; Lyxumia; ZP10A), the acetate salt of Lixisenatide, is a potent and short-acting agonist of the glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) approved in 2016 for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
