Protocol | In Vitro | After 2 days of KN-93 hydrochloride treatment, 95% of cells stagnated in the G1 phase. G1 stagnation is reversible; 1 day after the release of KN-93 hydrochloride, the cell peak has entered the S phase and G2-M phase. In NIH 3T3 fibroblasts, KN-93 hydrochloride also blocks cell growth stimulated by basic fibroblast growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor-BB, and epidermal growth factor |
