ProtocolIn VitroKIN 101 results in a significant increase in the levels of ISGs as well as other proteins downstream of IRF activation such as RIG-I and MDA5. KIN 101 (0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 100 μM) has a significant and dose-dependent effect on the formation of foci and has an IC50 of 0.2 μM. KIN 101 (10 μM; 18 hours) shows a >1 log decrease in HCV RNA levels. KIN 101 (10 μM; 24 hours) causes a significant decrease in the NP protein abundance. KIN 101 (5, 10, 20, 50 μM; 4 hours) causes a dose-dependent decrease in influenza virus infection in MRC5 cells.

Method for preparing DMSO master liquid: mg drug pre-dissolved in µL DMSO(Master liquid concentration mg/mL) ,Please contact us first if the concentration exceeds the DMSO solubility of the batch of drug.
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take µL DMSO master liquid, next add µL PEG300, mix and clarify, next add µL Tween 80,mix and clarify, next add µL ddH2O,mix and clarify.
Note:
  • (1) Please be sure that the solution is clear before the addition of next solvent. Dissolution methods like vortex, ultrasound or warming and heat may be used to aid dissolving.
  • (2) Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order.
