Description: Irinotecan HCl trihydrate (formerly CPT-11; CPT 11; Irinophore C; Irinotecan lactone; Irinotecanum ), the hydrochloride salt and trihydrated form of irinotecan which is an antitumor drug and a soluble prodrug of SN-38, is a semisynthetic derivative of camptothecin approved for cancer treatment.
