Description: Homatropine Bromide (Equipin, Isopto Homatropine), the hydrobromide salt of Homatropine, is a potent muscarinic AChR (acetylcholine receptor) antagonist used before eye examinations (i.e. refraction), before and after certain eye surgeries, and for treating certain eye conditions (e.g., uveitis).
