Description: Hexamethonium Bromide (Vegolysen; Esametina; Simpatoblock), a peripherally-acting and nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocker, is a selective antagonist of neuronal-type nicotinic AChR in ganglia that was used to treat chronic hypertension.
