Description: Gemifloxacin mesylate (LB-20304; SB-265805; LB20304; SB265805; Factive), the mesylate salt of Gemifloxacin, is a third generation, orally bioavailable, broad-spectrum quinolone antibacterial agent, used in the treatment of acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, and mild-to-moderate pneumonia.
