Description: Gemcitabine elaidate (formerly know as CP4126; CO101; CP-4126; CO-101) is a potent, lipophilic, unsaturated fatty acid ester derivative and prodrug form of gemcitabine (dFdC), which is an antimetabolite deoxynucleoside analogue with potential antitumor activity.
