Description: Encequidar mesylate (HM30181; HM-30181A; Oraxol), the mesylate salt of encequidar, is a novel, highly specific, and orally bioavailable inhibitor of P-glycoprotein (P-gp), which is an adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-binding cassette (ABC) transporter.
