Description: Elotuzumab is a monoclonal antibody (mAb) directed against the SLAMF7 receptor. Elotuzumab has no significant anti-myeloma activity when administered as a single active molecule in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). Elotuzumab may improve responses and outcomes when combined with other molecules active against myeloma.
