Description: Diphemanil methylsulfate (NSC 41725; NSC-41725; Prantal; Talpran; Diphemanil mesylate) is a quaternary ammonium anticholinergic agent used for a variety of conditions such as pylorospasm, peptic ulcer, gastric hyperacidity, hypermotility in gastritis, and hyperhidrosis.
